twig has a complete reservation system so that we can use our customers' time wisely.
A big change in the schedule just before will cause a lot of inconvenience to customers later, so please come to the store on time.
If more than 30 minutes have passed since your scheduled arrival time, the planned menu and services may not be available. Please note that we may refuse your reservation depending on the reservation status later.
Please cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours before the reservation time.
Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the scheduled treatment fee will be charged.
Please refrain from canceling on the day unless you are unwell or unavoidable.
If you make a reservation online, you need to register as a member to change or cancel.
After logging in, go to My Bookings > Change & Cancel.
24 You will not be able to cancel online after 24 hours, so please call the salon directly.
